Raj Uppal is a production designer. He is credited as production designer, alongside Maher Ahmad, on the film *The Hangover Part III* (2013). Earlier in his career he worked in the transportation department on several Indian films, including *Kal Ho Naa Ho* (2003) and *Phir Hera Pheri* (2006), where he served as head of the department. He has also produced projects such as the TV mini-series *The Job Roast* (2019–2020).
