Ralph Jesser, also credited as Rolf Jesser and Ralph Jessup, is a retired German actor. He appeared frequently in Japanese tokusatsu and special-effects films during the 1960s and 1970s.

He is known for his roles in several Toho productions, including an uncredited part as one of the Mu Imperials in *Atragon* (1963) and as Antonio's aide (radio operator in white, credited as Rolf Jessup) in *Godzilla vs. Megalon* (1973). Other credits include *Genocide* (1968) as Lieutenant Colonel Gordon, *Mothra vs. Godzilla* (1964), *ESPY* (1974) and *Prophecies of Nostradamus* (1974).

Jesser was born circa 1930 in Germany.
