Ralph Phillips is a television writer whose credits include episodes of *Cheers* (1982), *The Jeffersons* (1982), *Benson*, *Fame*, *Star Trek: The Next Generation* (1990), *The Twilight Zone* (1988), *Small Wonder*, *Beyond Reality* and *V.I.P.* (1999).
