Ralph Truman (7 May 1900 – 15 October 1977) was an English actor. Born in London, he studied at the Royal College of Music and began performing on radio in 1925, appearing in an estimated 5,000 broadcasts. He also worked on the stage before moving into film in the early 1930s.

Truman was frequently cast as villains or authority figures and appeared in numerous period films and epics. His credits include Mountjoy in Laurence Olivier's *Henry V* (1944), Monks in *Oliver Twist* (1948), George Merry in *Treasure Island* (1950), Tigellinus in *Quo Vadis* (1951), Buchanan in *The Man Who Knew Too Much* (1956), and roles in *El Cid* (1961), *Exodus* (1960), and *Nicholas and Alexandra* (1971). He was married to radio actress Ellis Powell from 1928 until her death in 1963.
