Randall Miller (born 24 July 1962) is an American film director, producer, screenwriter and editor. He studied at the University of Southern California and the AFI Conservatory, where his 1990 short film *Marilyn Hotchkiss' Ballroom Dancing & Charm School* received acclaim.

Miller began directing television episodes in the late 1980s and early 1990s, including on *thirtysomething* (1987) and *Northern Exposure* (1990). His feature films include the comedies *Class Act* (1992), *Houseguest* (1995) and *The 6th Man* (1997), followed by independent features such as *Marilyn Hotchkiss' Ballroom Dancing & Charm School* (2005), *Nobel Son* (2007), *Bottle Shock* (2008) and *CBGB* (2013). He has frequently collaborated with his wife, Jody Savin.

In 2015 Miller pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of crew member Sarah Jones during production of the unfinished film *Midnight Rider*; he served one year in jail.
