Raphaël Minnesota is a French cinematographer and filmmaker. He is credited as one of the directors of photography on the 2017 documentary *Faces Places* (original title *Visages Villages*), directed by Agnès Varda and JR.

Minnesota has also directed making-of films documenting the restoration of classic French cinema, including works on *Une chambre en ville* and *Les Parapluies de Cherbourg*. His real name is Raphaël Girault.
