## Biography

Raviv Ullman, also known professionally as Ricky Ullman, is an Israeli actor. Born in Eilat, Israel, he grew up in Connecticut and began acting in theatre as a child, with early stage credits including a national tour of *The King and I* and the play *A Rosen By Any Other Name*.

He is best known for playing Phil Diffy in the Disney Channel series *Phil of the Future* (2004–2006). Other television work includes the role of Kip in the Lifetime sitcom *Rita Rocks* (2008–2009) and guest appearances as Reginald Carolla in *Broad City* (2015), as well as roles in *House*, *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit*, *Cold Case* and *That's So Raven*.
