## Biography

Ray Claffey is an animation director and timer. He worked in the animation department on *Futurama* (1999) as an animation timer, character layout artist and assistant director.

He later directed three episodes during the series' 2010–2011 revival: "Lethal Inspection", "The Futurama Holiday Spectacular" and "Ghost in the Machines". Claffey has also directed episodes of *Drawn Together*, *Bordertown* and *Sit Down, Shut Up*, and worked as an animation timer on *The Simpsons*.
