Ray Utarnachitt is an American television writer and producer. He began in production roles, working as a script coordinator on series including *Psych* (2006–2010) and the first season of *Person of Interest* (2011).

Utarnachitt received his first writing credits on *Person of Interest* in 2012. He went on to write episodes for *The Tomorrow People* (2013–2014), *The Flash* (2015), *Supergirl* (2018) and *Justice League Action* (2017). His longest association has been with *DC's Legends of Tomorrow* (2016–2022), where he contributed as a writer, executive story editor and producer, rising to executive producer. He is also credited as staff writer on the forthcoming *Stranger Things: Tales from '85* (2026). He participated in the Warner Bros. Television Writers Workshop.
