## Biography

Raymond Greenleaf, born Roger Ramon Greenleaf, was an American actor. He began his career in summer stock theatre in the early 1920s and appeared in several Broadway productions in the 1940s, including revivals of King Henry VIII and Alice in Wonderland.

From 1948 until his death he worked in film and television, appearing in more than 130 productions. He was frequently cast in supporting roles as judges, doctors, politicians or other authority figures. His film credits include All the King's Men (1949) as Judge Monte Stanton, Pinky (1949) as Judge Shoreham and Angel Face (1952).

Greenleaf died on 29 October 1963 in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.
