Raymond Hartung is an American television writer and producer. He wrote the episodes "Line of Fire" and "World of Trouble" for the series *Miami Vice* (1984) and served as story editor for 16 episodes of its fifth season.

He has written episodes for series including *The Young Riders*, *Renegade*, *Profiler*, *Walker, Texas Ranger*, *Earth: Final Conflict* and *The Beast*. He has also worked as a producer on several of these programmes and directed the 1995 television film *The Surrogate*.
