Raymond Singer is an American actor and screenwriter. Born in New York City on 21 December 1948, he has appeared in films including *The Entity* (1982), *Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home* (1986) and *Child's Play 2* (1990), and in television series such as *M*A*S*H*, *Columbo* and *Beverly Hills, 90210*.

As a writer, Singer contributed to the screenplay for the Disney animated feature *Mulan* (1998) and *Joseph: King of Dreams* (2000). He has also written for television films and received Emmy nominations for his work.
