Rebecca Metz is an American actress. She was born in Freehold Township, New Jersey, and graduated with a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University. Her first television appearance was in 1998 on the series Politically Incorrect.

Metz is known for her recurring role as Tressa on the FX series *Better Things* (2016–2022). She has also appeared as Melinda on *Shameless* (2015–2016) and Jenna Wrather on the Disney Channel series *Coop & Cami Ask the World* (2018–2020). Other credits include guest roles on *Grey's Anatomy* (2005), *The Mentalist* (2008), *Bones* (2005), *This Is Us* (2016) and *Young Sheldon* (2017). She has worked in theatre and voice acting.
