Rebecca Parr Cioffi, also credited as Rebecca Parr, is an American television writer, story editor and producer. She entered the industry in the mid-1980s through a writing partnership with Martin Pasko, selling scripts to the 1985 revival of *The Twilight Zone* and later working on series including *My Little Pony 'n Friends*, *Max Headroom*, *Simon & Simon* and *Roseanne*.

On the final season of *Cheers* (1992–1993) she served as executive story consultant and wrote three episodes. She went on to write for and co-produce *Hearts Afire* and to write and supervise produce *Boston Common*. She has since published novels under the pseudonym Arpy Beck.
