Reginald Barlow (17 June 1866 – 6 July 1943) was an American stage and screen character actor. Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, he began performing as a child in his father's minstrel troupe and appeared in numerous Broadway productions from the 1900s to the 1930s, including roles in *The Queen's Husband* (1928) and *The Silent Witness* (1931). He also directed stage productions and worked as a film director early in his career.

Barlow became a busy performer in Hollywood films of the 1930s, often in uncredited or supporting roles as authority figures such as judges, officers and professors. His credits include *Horse Feathers* (1932), *King Kong* (1933), *Bride of Frankenstein* (1935) and *Tower of London* (1939). He appeared as the Stage Manager in *One Night of Love* (1934).
