Renn Woods, also credited as Ren Woods, is an American actress, vocalist and songwriter. Born in Chicago on 1 January 1958 and raised in Portland, Oregon, she began performing as a child in the vocal trio Sunday's Child and later toured with Bob Hope.

She is known for her role as Fanta in the 1977 miniseries *Roots*, for which she received a People's Choice Award, and as the 'Aquarius' soloist in the 1979 film *Hair*. Other film roles include Jo in *Xanadu* (1980), Elvira in *The Jerk* (1979) and Barbara in *Nine to Five* (1980). On television she played Edie in *Beauty and the Beast* (1987–1989).

Woods has also worked in theatre, appearing as Dorothy in the first national touring production of *The Wiz*.
