## Biography

Renato Falcão is a Brazilian cinematographer, producer and director. Raised in Rio de Janeiro, he spent twenty-five years shooting independent films and television in Brazil before joining Blue Sky Studios in 2009.

He served as director of photography on the animated features *Rio* (2011), *Ice Age: Continental Drift* (2012), *Epic* (2013), *Rio 2* (2014), *The Peanuts Movie* (2015), *Ice Age: Collision Course* (2016) and *Ferdinand* (2017). Earlier credits include *Margarette's Feast* (2003), which he also directed, wrote and produced.
