Renée Soutendijk, born Renette Pauline Soutendijk, is a Dutch actress. She began her career in the late 1970s after training in gymnastics as a youth.

She is known for her roles in Paul Verhoeven's films *Spetters* (1980), in which she played Fientje, and *The Fourth Man* (1983), as Christine Halsslag. Other credits include *Eve of Destruction* (1991) and supporting roles in *Suspiria* (2018) and *Redbad* (2018). She has also appeared in Dutch television series such as *Zeg 'ns Aaa* and *Moordvrouw*.

Soutendijk is married to Thed Lenssen and is the mother of actress Caro Lenssen.
