Renee Whitney was an American actress. Born Bertha Renee Whitney in Chicago, Illinois, on 9 February 1912, she appeared in dozens of films, primarily in the 1930s, often in uncredited bit parts.

She had a credited role as Cynthia Kent in the Warner Bros. musical *Footlight Parade* (1933). Other appearances include uncredited parts in *42nd Street* (1933), *Gold Diggers of 1933* (1933), *Baby Face* (1933), *The Kennel Murder Case* (1933) and *Show Boat* (1936), as well as credited work in *Jimmy the Gent* (1934) and *I've Got Your Number* (1934). She was a close friend of actress Glenda Farrell and appeared with her in several films.

Whitney died in Long Beach, California, on 16 September 1972.
