Rhona Russell is a British costume designer. Her credits include the television series *Shetland* (2013), *Jekyll* (2007) and *Code 404* (2020–2022), as well as the films *What We Did on Our Holiday* (2014), *The Lost King* (2022), *Neds* (2010), *My Name Is Joe* (1998) and *Alien Autopsy* (2006). She worked as assistant costume designer on *Career Girls* (1997) and has contributed to other series such as *Monarch of the Glen*, *The Book Group* and *God on Trial* (2008).

Russell has received a BAFTA nomination for her work.
