Ricardo Aronovich is an Argentine cinematographer born on 4 January 1930 in Buenos Aires. He began his career in Argentina in the late 1950s and early 1960s, later working in Brazil before settling in France in 1969.

He is known for his work as director of photography on films including *Murmur of the Heart* (1971), *Providence* (1977), *Missing* (1982), *Le Bal* (1983), *The Family* (1987), *Time Regained* (1999) and *Klimt* (2006). Aronovich has collaborated with directors such as Louis Malle, Alain Resnais, Costa-Gavras, Ettore Scola and Raúl Ruiz.

His awards include nominations for the César Award for Best Cinematography for *Providence* (1978) and *Le Bal* (1984), as well as the Konex Platinum Award in Argentina in 1982.
