Richard Bremmer (born 27 January 1953) is an English actor. He was born and brought up in Warwickshire. His stage credits include productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream, Julius Caesar, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, King Lear and Macbeth.

Bremmer began his screen career in the 1981 short film Couples and Robbers and made his feature debut in The Girl with Brains in Her Feet (1997). He appeared as Skeld in The 13th Warrior (1999), King Henry in Just Visiting (2001), the Master at Arms in Shanghai Knights (2003), Ian's Father in Control (2007), George Jones in Mr. Turner (2014), Benjamin Fuller in In the Heart of the Sea (2015) and a First Order officer in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019). He was the first actor to portray Lord Voldemort in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2001), with the footage reused in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 (2011).
