Richard Collier (1919–2000) was an American actor, also credited as Dick Collier. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he worked extensively in film and television from the 1950s onwards, appearing in both credited and uncredited roles.

His better-known screen credits include *Blazing Saddles* (1974) as Dr. Sam Johnson, *Christine* (1983) as Pepper Boyd, *Hello, Dolly!* (1969) as Vandergelder's Barber, *Batman* (1966) as Otto Puffendorfer, and *The Chase* (1966).
