Richard Cooke is a British costume designer. He graduated from art school in 1995 with a degree in costume design and has worked in the industry for over thirty years.

His credits as costume designer include the television series *Hustle* (2004–2012), *M.I. High* (2007–2014), *Fifteen-Love* (2023), *Joan* (2024) and *The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin* (2024), as well as the mini-series *The Thief, His Wife and the Canoe* (2022). Earlier in his career he worked in the costume and wardrobe department on films including *The Phantom of the Opera* (2004), *Redemption* (2013) and *The Infiltrator* (2016), and as assistant costume designer on titles such as *Hummingbird* (2013) and *The Duke* (2021).
