Richard Goodman is a television writer and producer. He received a teleplay credit on the NBC sitcom *Friends* for the 1998 episode 'The One with the Free Porn'.

He has written episodes of *Wizards of Waverly Place* (2009–2011) and *Game Shakers* (2015–2019), and contributed a story to *Phineas and Ferb* (2009). Goodman also wrote for *Power Rangers* (1996) and served as supervising producer and consulting producer on *Wizards of Waverly Place*. He won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Children's Program as a producer on the series in 2012.
