## Biography

Richard Hunt was a British production designer who worked primarily in television. He is credited as production designer on seventeen episodes of *Doctor Who* between 1965 and 1968.

His other credits include *Monty Python's Flying Circus* (1970), *Night Train to Surbiton* (1965), *The Dick Emery Show* (1972), *Dad's Army*, *The Likely Lads*, *Softly, Softly*, *Compact* and *The Liver Birds*. An archive interview with Hunt appears in the documentary *The Trouble with Chumblies*.

Hunt died on 2 May 2012.
