Richard Marcus is an American actor. He is known for his role as Nestor in the film *Tremors* (1990), his recurring appearance as Ralph on the television series *St. Elsewhere* (1982–1986), and his portrayal of Dr. William Raines on *The Pretender* (1996–2000) and its two 2001 television movies.

His other credits include roles in *Enemy Mine* (1985), *Deadly Friend* (1986), *And the Band Played On* (1993), *Melrose Place* (1993), *24* (2005) as Forbes, and *CSI: NY* (2004). He began acting in the late 1970s with guest appearances on series such as *The White Shadow* and *Hill Street Blues*.
