Richie Keen is an American director, writer and producer. He graduated from Highland Park High School and Northwestern University. He began his career as an actor and stand-up comedian before moving into directing.

Keen has directed multiple episodes of *It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia* (from 2012), as well as episodes of *Shameless* (2015), *New Girl* (2014), *Young Sheldon* (2017), *Ghosts* (2021) and other comedy series. His feature directorial debut was the 2017 film *Fist Fight*. He won a Writers Guild of America Award in 2012 for the series *Aim High*.
