## Biography

Rick Vick was a British film editor, journalist, writer and poet. He is credited as editor, alongside Richard M. Lewis, on the 1992 documentary *Aileen Wuornos: The Selling of a Serial Killer*, directed by Nick Broomfield. He also edited Broomfield’s 1994 documentary *Tracking Down Maggie: The Unofficial Biography of Margaret Thatcher* and worked on *Juvenile Liaison 2* (1990).

Vick contributed to research and writing on Broomfield’s 2019 film *Marianne & Leonard: Words of Love*. Known as the “Poet of Stroud”, he taught poetry and writing in prisons and rehabilitation centres in Gloucestershire. He died in December 2019 in Stroud, aged 71.
