Rick Warden, also credited as Richard George Warden, is an English actor. He was born on 29 September 1971 in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, and studied history at Churchill College, Cambridge.

He is known for playing Lieutenant Harry Welsh in the HBO miniseries *Band of Brothers* (2001) and Inspector Mike Taylor in the BBC series *Happy Valley* (2014–2023). Other television roles include Quintus Pompey in *Rome* (2005–2007) and Oliver Saxby in *The Sixth Commandment* (2023). He appeared as Nick in the series *Riot Women* (2025).

Warden married actress Lucy Barker in 2004.
