## Biography

Rick Wentworth is a British film and television composer, conductor, orchestrator and arranger. His film composing career began with the score for *Withnail and I* (1987), directed by Bruce Robinson, followed by Robinson's *How to Get Ahead in Advertising* (1989).

Wentworth's television credits include *Cracker*, for which he received a BAFTA nomination, *Between the Lines*, *Ultimate Force* and *Jonathan Creek*. He has conducted scores for films including *Lara Croft: Tomb Raider* (2001), *Charlie and the Chocolate Factory* (2005), *Dark Shadows* (2012) and *Mr. Peabody & Sherman* (2014). He has also worked on operas and arrangements with Roger Waters and Paul McCartney.
