Rikako Aikawa is a Japanese voice actress. She was born on 7 October 1967 in Kanagawa Prefecture and is affiliated with Atomic Monkey. She began her career as a child actor before working in voice acting from the 1990s.

Aikawa is known for voice roles including Nobue Kakimoto in the film *Paprika* (2006), various Pokémon characters across the anime series and films from 1997 onwards, Fifi in *Metropolis* (2001), and Yasuko Kumagaya in *Drifting Home* (2022). She has also voiced characters in *Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba*, *To Your Eternity* and other anime series. She was previously married to voice actor Mitsuo Iwata.
