Rikiya Ôtaka is a Japanese retired actor. He was born on 27 August 1991.

At the age of six he was cast as Yoichi Asakawa in the horror film *Ring* (1998), directed by Hideo Nakata. He reprised the role in the sequel *Ring 2* (1999). He also appeared in other films and television series as a child actor, including *Kamen Rider Agito: Project G4* (2001), before retiring from acting around 2006.
