Rita Kaufman (29 November 1888 – 9 November 1968) was an American costume designer active in Hollywood during the early 1930s. Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, she worked primarily for Fox Film Corporation as a fashion creator and costume designer.

Her credits include wardrobe or costume design on *Me and My Gal* (1932), *Call Her Savage* (1932), *State Fair* (1933), *I Loved You Wednesday* (1933) and *David Harum* (1934). She was educated at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Lincoln and left the film industry after her marriage to actor Edmund Lowe.
