Rita M. Fink, also credited as R. M. Fink, was an American screenwriter. She co-wrote the story and screenplay for *Dirty Harry* (1971) with her husband Harry Julian Fink; the screenplay was further developed by Dean Riesner.

She collaborated with her husband on several other films, including *Big Jake* (1971) and *Cahill: United States Marshal* (1973). She received story or character credits on later entries in the Dirty Harry series, such as *Magnum Force* (1973), *The Enforcer* (1976), *Sudden Impact* (1983) and *The Dead Pool* (1988).

Fink was nominated for an Edgar Allan Poe Award for *Dirty Harry*.
