## Biography

Rob Bragin is an American television writer and producer. He wrote two episodes of the series *Miami Vice* in 1989, including the teleplay for 'Miracle Man', and contributed scripts to *Growing Pains* (three episodes, 1989–1990) and *Pee-wee's Playhouse* (two episodes, 1989–1990). He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and earned a law degree from the University of California at Hastings.

Bragin wrote 15 episodes of *Murphy Brown* between 1993 and 1997, also serving as co-producer, producer and executive producer on 86 episodes of the series. He received a 1994 Humanitas Prize for the episode 'Reaper Madness' and a 1990 Daytime Emmy nomination for writing on *Pee-wee's Playhouse*. He created the supernatural drama series *Proof* (2015), writing and executive producing all ten episodes, and has written or produced for *Roc*, *Greek*, *Army Wives*, *Lipstick Jungle* and other series.
