Rob Moran is an American actor and producer. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on 12 May 1963, he graduated from Emerson College and began his career with an apprenticeship at the Actors Theatre of Louisville before appearing in films from the mid-1980s.

He is noted for supporting roles in several films directed by the Farrelly brothers, including *Dumb and Dumber* (1994), *Kingpin* (1996), *There's Something About Mary* (1998), *Me, Myself & Irene* (2000), *Shallow Hal* (2001) and *Hall Pass* (2011). Moran played Arthur Carlin in the series *South of Nowhere* and appeared in *You're Next* (2011), *Star Trek Into Darkness* (2013) and *Blended* (2014). He has also worked as a producer on several projects.

Moran is married to television host Julie Moran.
