Robert E. Collins was an American cinematographer who worked in film and television from the early 1970s until the mid-2000s. He was credited on the series *Kojak* (1973) and contributed to feature films including *Schlock* (1973), *The Kentucky Fried Movie* (1977) and additional photography on *Superman* (1978).

Collins served as director of photography on episodes of *Miami Vice* (1984) and the series *Dinosaurs* (1991), and on segments of *Moonwalker* (1988). He also worked on *Octopussy* (1983) and received two Primetime Emmy Awards.
