Robert Folk is an American film and television composer and conductor. Born in New York City, he is a graduate and former faculty member of the Juilliard School, where he completed a doctorate.

Folk has composed scores for over 90 feature films. His credits include the *Police Academy* series (1984–1994), *Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls* (1995), *The NeverEnding Story II: The Next Chapter* (1990) and *Just Play Dead* (2026). He has also written and conducted concert works, including the ballet *To Dream of Roses*, recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and ASCAP.
