Robert-Jules Garnier (1883–1958) was a French production designer and art director. He began his career as a theatre set decorator before moving into film around 1909, working primarily at Gaumont studios.

He is best known for his long collaboration with director Louis Feuillade on silent serials including *The Vampires or, The Arch Criminals of Paris* (1915), *Judex* (1916) and *Barrabas* (1919). Garnier continued working into the sound era on films such as *Antoine & Antoinette* (1947) and *Rendezvous in July* (1949), with his final credit in 1950.
