Robert Kulzer is a German film producer who primarily works with Constantin Film. He began his career at the company as a script reader and assistant to Bernd Eichinger, later acting as its liaison to the Hollywood-based US film industry from its Los Angeles office.

He has overseen the *Resident Evil* franchise since its 2002 debut, serving as producer or executive producer on entries including *Resident Evil: Apocalypse* (2004), *Resident Evil: Extinction* (2007), *Resident Evil: Afterlife* (2010), *Resident Evil: Retribution* (2012), *Resident Evil: The Final Chapter* (2016), *Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City* (2021) and the 2026 reboot. Other credits include *Wrong Turn* (2003), *Love, Rosie* (2014), *Fantastic Four* (2015), *Monster Hunter* (2020) and *Beware Boiúna* (2026).
