Robert Odell (4 May 1896 – 20 February 1984) was an American art director. He worked primarily at Paramount Pictures between the early 1930s and 1940.

Odell received an Academy Award nomination for Best Art Direction for *Beau Geste* (1939), shared with Hans Dreier. His other credits include *Ruggles of Red Gap* (1935), *Dr. Cyclops* (1940) and *Road to Singapore* (1940).
