Saad worked on several films in the Police Academy series, serving as Director of Photography on *Police Academy 3: Back in Training* (1986) and *Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol* (1987), and contributing additional photography to the first film (1984). Other feature credits include *Shivers* (1975), *Speed Zone* (1989) and *F/X2* (1991). He also worked extensively in television, including as cinematographer on series such as *Avonlea* (1990–1996) and *Wind at My Back* (1996–1999).
