Robert Seethaler is an Austrian actor and writer. He was born on 7 August 1966 in Vienna and trained at the Schauspielschule Wien before working in theatre, film and television.

He is known for his supporting role as Luca Moroder in Paolo Sorrentino’s *Youth* (2015). Seethaler has also appeared in television series including *Ein starkes Team* (2003–2016) and the film *The Tobacconist* (2018). As a writer he is credited on *A Whole Life* (2023) and earlier screenplays such as *Die zweite Frau* (2008).
