## Biography

Robert Simonds is an American film producer and the founder, chairman and CEO of STX Entertainment. He produced *The Wedding Singer* (1998) and earlier films including several Adam Sandler comedies such as *Happy Gilmore* (1996) and *Big Daddy* (1999).

Simonds graduated from Yale University. He later served as executive producer on films including *The Gentlemen* (2019), *Greenland* (2020), *The Edge of Seventeen* (2016), *Bad Moms* (2016) and *Molly's Game* (2017). He has been credited on more than 30 studio films that collectively generated billions of dollars at the box office.
