Robert Specht is a television writer and story editor. He created the series *The Immortal* (1969–1971) and contributed episodes to *The Outer Limits* (1964), *Columbo* (1974), *Kung Fu* (1975), *Knight Rider* (1983) and *Airwolf* (1985–1986).

His other credits include writing for *My Three Sons*, *Ghost Story*, *Lucan*, *240-Robert*, *Ark II* and *Space Academy*, as well as serving as story editor on *Peyton Place* (1966). He received one award nomination.
