Roberto Patino is an American screenwriter and television writer. He graduated from Harvard University in 2006.

Patino wrote episodes of the FX series *Sons of Anarchy* (2008) and served as a writer and executive producer on the HBO series *Westworld* (2016). He wrote the 2014 film *Cut Bank* and created and showran the HBO Max miniseries *DMZ* (2022). He has also written on *Prime Suspect* (2011) and *The Bastard Executioner* (2015), and produced the film *Backrooms*.
