## Biography

Robin Driscoll is a British actor and writer. He co-founded the touring theatre company Cliffhanger in the early 1970s and has written for television sketch shows including Alas Smith and Jones. He co-wrote episodes of the Mr. Bean television series (1990–1995) with Rowan Atkinson and Richard Curtis, and the screenplays for the feature films Bean (1997) and Mr. Bean's Holiday (2007).

As an actor, Driscoll has appeared in supporting roles in the Mr. Bean series and in episodes of Only Fools and Horses, The Fast Show, Dear John and other television programmes, as well as in films including The Tall Guy (1989) and Morons from Outer Space (1985). He has also written mystery thriller novels.
