Roger Barton is an American film editor. He began his career in the 1990s working as an assistant and associate editor before advancing to lead editor on major studio productions.

Barton has edited numerous high-profile action and science-fiction films, including *Pearl Harbor* (2001), *Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith* (2005), *Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen* (2009), *Transformers: Dark of the Moon* (2011), *World War Z* (2013), *Terminator Genisys* (2015), *Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales* (2017) and *A Quiet Place* (2018, additional editing).
