Roger Goldby is a British film and television director, writer and producer. He was born on 10 March 1966.

Goldby directed episodes of several British series, including three episodes of *Call the Midwife* in 2013 and ten episodes of *The Durrells* between 2016 and 2019. Other directing credits include *Death in Paradise* (2011), *Hustle* (2011–2012), *The Musketeers* (2016), *Inspector George Gently* (2015), *Dalgliesh* (2024) and *Belgravia: The Next Chapter* (2024).

His short film *It's Good to Talk* (1997), which he also wrote, received an Academy Award nomination for Best Live Action Short Film.
